It’s official! Space Team: The Comic will be coming to Kickstarter in May 2021, offering readers the chance to get their hands on some exclusive print editions of the team’s first comic book adventure.

Written by Space Team author, Barry J. Hutchison, and with art by Costa Rican artist, Franco Céspedes, the first ever Space Team comic will tell a brand new standalone story featuring fan-favourite characters and a whole new bunch of evil space villains.

The comic will be complete and ready to go to print before the Kickstarter launches, so there is no risk of pledges not being honoured, as can sometimes happen with crowdfunded projects. We’re essentially using Kickstarter as a sales platform for this first title, to introduce a whole new bunch of readers to the adventures of Cal Carver and his (mostly) loyal crew.
